Lawyer Esquire Patrick Henry at that time had him released. Patrick Henry was later one of the crafters of our Constitution especially the 1st Amendment - He married Mary Pemberton. He was one of the founding Presbyters of Line Baptist Church located now in the town of Hollingsworth, Banks County, Georgia,.
