Biography

Clarence was born in 1892 in Georgia. He was the son of Charles Mayes and Jonnie Burch. Clarence married Celilia Hoffman in Florida in 1925.[1] When he passed away in 1965, he was buried in the Oak City Cemetery, Bainbridge, Georgia.
