Hi!

Congratulations, you've been a WikiTree member for a month! We're glad you're here. A few tips to help you dive in even deeper: Check out Beyond the Basics of WikiTree for a guide on some of our more advanced features such as Projects, Categories, and Merging. We're very active on our social sites and we have an excellent blog where you'll find our monthly newsletter as well as tips, interviews with our members and guest posts from others in the genealogy community. And we're always looking for volunteers to assist in different ways. As always, I'm here to help if you have any questions! Matt~ WikiTree Mentor

Howdy!

Just checking in to see how things are going :)

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree with one profile per person. The farther back you go, it's likely you will find existing profiles to link into so it's important to do a thorough search before adding someone!

Do you have Royal Ancestors? If so, they are already here! Please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their already existing profiles.

WikiTree strives to be a fun, collaborative, productive site. It's also different than what many people are used to. Please take advantage of the Help Menu in the upper right hand corner, and of course, our Mentors :)

Do you have questions I can help with?

Eowyn ~ Mentor/Team Member

I see where you have uploaded your DNA for comparison. Did you know we have a project for DNA where a lot of great new things are happening? If you are interested and would like to check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop down box, and then select the link for the DNA project. It has information listed that might be of interest to you, and feel free to contact any of the members if you would like additional details.

Hi Emiliana, Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree.

You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. Hi Emiliana I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.

Hi Emiliana, Welcome to WikiTree!

Wikitree Help has a lot of useful information you might want to review. Or, someone might be able to point you in the right direction at our G2G Forum with any questions you might have. If you would like to become a full member please read our Honor Code and then volunteer with a comment. We will be happy to add you as a full member of the WikiTree Community. ~Vivek~
