Biography

Ann was born about 1819, probably in Gransha, Islandmagee, County Antrim, Ireland, the daughter of Daniel McAuley, a farmer.[1]

In 1840 she married William Cameron, a labourer, in 1st Islandmagee Presbyterian Church, County Antrim. Both were living in Gransha, Islandmagee. The witnesses were [indistinct] and John McAuley.[2]

In 1901 she was living with her son James in Cloghfin, Islandmagee, County Antrim. She was a widow.[3]

Annie passed away in 1902 in Cloghfin, Islandmagee, aged 83 years, from decay of nature. She was the widow of a labourer. Her death was registered by her daughter Maggie Peoples of Ballycarry, Templecorran, County Antrim who was present at her death.[4]
