Hi, I have added the civil birth registration which says 16 May 1885. Sometimes the dates on civil registration were wrong (informant lied or was mistaken); however considering that the baptism you showed a picture of says the 17th, I don't see any reason to doubt it in this case? It was very common for Catholic babies to be baptized the day after their birth..

Also, any idea where she was for the 1901 census?
