Biography
"Leslie John McCARTHY was born on 10 Sep 1916 in Te Awamutu, King Country, New Zealand. He died on 24 Apr 1945 in Italy. The cause of death was killed in action (WWII). He was buried at Faenza War Cemetery in Italy." [1]
