Mary E. Billiter (1848-1926), Mary/Marietta b. 1849 is probably a daughter of Amanda McCarty based on the Census of Grant, Kentucky in 1850 and 1860. Samuel (Billitter) isn't listed in the 1850 Census of Grant, Kentucky with Amanda. However, he is the father of four of her children including one year old Mary/Marietta. It seems that Samuel moved on from his marriage to Amanda in 1849 because he married Nancy Robinson in Sept. of that year. See also 1850 and 1860 Census of Grant, Kentucky.
