From Wikipedia: On December 31, 1776, the region of Virginia beyond the Appalachian Mountains was established as Kentucky County by the Virginia General Assembly. In other words, Clark County, Kentucky did not exist in 1760. Sources may be easier to find if a different birthplace can be identified.

If birth year of 1760 is correct, perhaps it occurred in Virginia. Several of the siblings appear to have been born in Virginia.
