Esther was born in 1701 in Massachusetts; she was the daughter of Florence and Florence's second wife, Sarah Nework McCarty of Roxbury who married 24 August 1697.
She married Epes Sargent 1 April 1720 in Gloucester. "Epps, and Mrs. Esther Maccarty, Apr 1, 1720."
She passed away in 1743.
