Sarah was born on 8 February 1858 in Jefferson County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of James Hervey McChesney and Eleanor Jane Millikan.[1]

In the 1870 census Sarah (age 12) was living in Fredonia, Caldwell, Kentucky, United States.[2]
In the 1880 census Sarah (age 22) was living in Fredonia, Caldwell, Kentucky, United States.[3]
She married Joseph Nathan Wigginton on Dec 14 1882.[4] They were the parents of one son, John Hervey Wigginton
In 1893 they moved to Plano, Texas./Plano, Collin, Texas, USA[5]
In the 1900 census Sarah (age 42) was living in "Lived in Manco, Collins Co., TX. Was a Baptist."/Plano Town, Collin, Texas.[6]
She died on Oct 5 1902 in Plano, Collin Co., Texas.[7]
