Cause of death is recorded as Bronchitis and Whooping Cough at age 2 weeks and according to family records was buried at Alton Cemetery.

Research Notes

There are no records of burials at Alton before 1927, headstones are the only records. If a someone was buried in a family plot but there is no inscription included on a headstone there is no record of the burial.
The death record is transcribed incorrectly. It states died at age 2 weeks, the date that the death was registered is 31 May 1884. The record is transcribed as death date of 31 May 1884 which is incorrect.
The cause of death may be incorrect. A baby is born with any immunities the mother had, inherited immunties decline over the first months of the child's life.
