Biography
Keith McClellan was known as "Skeeter". He was born, as he would say, "1 31 35" in Payson, Utah. His parents were Hyrum L and Dorothy Gray McClellan.
He grew up in Payson and graduated from Payson High School. He loved Payson Canyon and he was lucky enough to work there when he was young. After he retired as an inspector from the Utah Department of Transportation, he worked for construction companies in California, Nevada and Wyoming.
After he married Rozlyn, he moved to Springville. After Keith fully retired, they lived in Springville, Utah and Saint George, Utah.
He passed away at 3:15 am, Saturday, December 1, 2012 in Provo, Utah. He was 77.
