Biography

Vincent C. McClure was born circa 1816-1817, in New York, to presumed parents [Hannah Carpenter] and [Finla McClure]. ^{[1] [2]}

Circa 1846, Vincent is presumed to have married Caroline Graves. They appear to have had at least 6 children. ^{[1] [2]}

By 1850, Vincent had become a physician; at this time he lived with his parents, spouse, and several other (presumed) relatives in Elgin, Illinois. ^[1]

By 1880, the McClures were living in Chicago, Illinois, where Vincent worked as a physician and surgeon. ^[2]

Vincent died on September 16, 1895, in Chicago, Illinois. ^[3]
