Biography

Farquhar, son of Angus McLure and Isabella McKenzie was born about 1801 in Prince Edward Island. ^[1] Farquhar McLure and Jenny Simpson married about 1826. ^{[2] [3]} Farquhar and Jenny farmed at North Rustico. "A certificate of British Registry for the ship Margaret Simpson was issued to Farquhar McLeor of Rustico and David Simpson of New London." ^[4] Farquhar probably died in North Rustico, Prince Edward Island. ^[5]

He predeceased his brother Roderick, who died in 1883.
