Biography

Catherine McCormick was born in 1897 in Country Antrim, Ireland. Her parents were Henry McCormick and Sarah Cushenan. [1]

In 1901 she was living with her parents and 4 siblings at their home in Portlee Cargin, Antrim, Ireland. [2]

In 1911 she was 15 years old and attending school. Se was living with her parents and siblings at their uncle John Cushinans home on Pinkerton Street in Belfast, Ireland. [3]

She married Anthony Irvin

Hi Bobby. Do you know about what year she married ANTHONY IRVIN, and where? Preliminary searches of mine 1912-1923 at https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ and 1923-1936 at https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/ have come up negative. The NI online access for marriage searches currently tops out at 1948. More current marriages than that would of course be publicly available off-line and in person at Belfast GRO see - https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/go-groni-online.
