Biography

Alex was born in 1848 in Ottawa.^[1] He was the son of Henry McCormick and Eliza Jane Best. He married Jessie Stuart Patton.^[2] He died in 1913 and is buried at Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa.^[3]
