The Last Will and Testament of Nancy Blair of Southampton Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, I Nancy Blair considering the uncertainly of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, thanks be to Almighty God for the same. First I give and bequeath unto each of my sons Edmond Blair, James Blair and Brice Blair, one horse, saddle and bridle worth seventy five dollars, also one cow and bed each to have the same share and share alike. 2nd I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth one cow, bed and spinning wheel worth forty dollars, to be given to each of them at the age of twenty one years or day of marriage; If I should live to give the above mentioned property to my sons and daughter then this part of my will to be null and void so far as it respects them that received it. 3rd I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rachel Perdew one dollar and that with what I have already given her to be her share of all my estate both real and personal, and then after all just claims and demands paid whatever may remain of all my estate I order to be appraised and equally divided amongst my children John Blair, Archibald Blair, Mary Right, Rebecca Lakin, Sarah Growden, Edmund Blair, James Blair, Nancy Growdon, Elizabeth Blair, and Brice Blair, share and share alike, Except my land in the State of Ohio which I give to my Sons Edmund Blair and James Blair at what it has cost us, that is they are to have their share in the land and pay the balance if any to the other heirs. I hereby appoint John Blair and Edmund Blair Executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five.
