"Petition for divorce. Alexander McCoy whose residence is unknown is notified that Elizabeth Ann McCoy did, on the 26th day of August A.D. 1873 file her petition in the office of the Clerk of the Court of Coshocton and State of Ohio, charging the Said Alexander McCoy with having been willfully absent from said Plaintiff for more than three years last past without cause or justification therefor on the part of the said Plaintiff and asking that she may be divorced from the said Alexander McCoy - that she may have custody of the child and reasonable alimony.
