Ailsey was born about 1800 to Alexander McDaniel and Celia Blackwell. She married Jesse Raper. They separated around 1840. They appear on Cherokee Emigration rolls in 1831 with five Indians and one white in the family. and the Indian lands census of 1860.[1]
