Elizabeth McDaniel, daughter of John McDaniel and Catherine Corkran, was born in St. Landry Parish probably about 1800.[1]
She married Philippe Cyprien Fontenot, son of Phillippe Jean Louis Fontenot and Marie Francoise Berza, on 12 May 1824 at St. Landry Parish. The marriage was also recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[1]
Philippe Cyprien died before 21 Feb. 1844 the date of his succession.[1]
