Married five times. Fathered six children, via two of his marriages. Four daughters, two sons. One daughter, and one son with special needs. His father, Blaine, passed away in an explosion, as a welder, when Rodney was around twelve years of age. Rodney struggled with alcoholism many years. Cancer took his life in the end. He was a loving man, loved his children. Because he wasn't capable to care for his first three daughters, Gina, Katherine, and Cheri, they were put up for adoption when the girls were taken from their mother due to abusive situations. Separated into different homes, yet reunited years later. One of his son's from his second marriage, was placed in a mental institution as an adult. His two other children from his second marriage remained distant due to a bitter divorce. He lived a rough life, mentally incapacitated himself, only wanting to be loved, yet never finding that peace. In the end his first three daughters had forgiven him of his shortcomings, established a short-lived father/daughters relationship, and loved him for who he was before he passed. <3
