Biography
Joshua McDaniel was born about 1800, possibly in Georgia or even Ireland to John McDaniel and Mary Self. He married Ritta Teakell(possibly of Clark County, Georgia) on January 11, 1835 in Forsyth, Georgia. He died about 1860 possibly in Clay County, Alabama. He is buried at Mt. Gilead Methodist Cemetery near Sikesville, Alabama. {1,2,3}
On May 21, 1848 he deeded 40 acres of land in Clay County, Alabama. {1}
