Mary (McFarland) Broomhall was born in Australia
When Mary Jane Macfarlane was born on 9 November 1872 in Cooma, New South Wales, Australia her father, Charles McFarlane, was 23, and her mother, Ellen Bollard, was 21.
She married Frederick Charles Broomhall in 1896 [1] in Richmond, Victoria, Australia. They had 12 children in 22 years.
She died on 21 August 1945 [2] in Northam, Western Australia, at the age of 68. Mary was buried in Northam Cemetery, Northam, Northam Shire, Western Australia, Australia [3].
A service conducted by Rev. S. H. Saggers was held in Wesley Church at 11
o'clock on Thursday
morning.[4]
