Mary Hannah "Polly" (McGlothlen) Keeney died on 3 September 1865 at the home of her son Charles Perry (Keeney) and was buried beside her husband in Avon Cemetery, Polk Co, IA.
1870:
DCM NOTE: Mary Hannah's Son Charles Keeney is listed in the following 1870 census enumeration as being in the Norwalk Post Office area. The Norwalk Post office area was then located in Linn Township in Warren County, Iowa. This is where Mary Hannah McGlothlen Keeney was staying - at her son Charles' home, when she died on September 3, 1865. The "Scotch Ridge" area is generally recorded (more to follow)
