Catherine McInerney (married name Murphy) was born in 1824 in Park, County Limerick, Ireland.

Catherine married John Michael Murphy on 18 April 1839 at St Patricks Park, Limerick.[citation needed] Their children were:[citation needed]

Catherine died on 1 December 1878 in Dorrington, Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia, aged 53 years.[1]
