Mrs. Ada sherman, 38, wife of Frederick T. Sherman, a pressman's helper at Western Printing Lithography company, and resident here this last seven years, died at St. Francis Hospital Thursday night following a lingering illness. Funeral services will be conducted from the Schlude Funeral parlors, 148 Main Street, at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, with the Rev. Roland J. Buntenn, officiating, and further services will be from Zion Episcopal church at Wappingers Falls, the Rev. Maxwell Rice officiating. Burial will be in Wappingers Falls cemetery.
Mrs. Sherman was born in Cold Spring, the daughter of Sidney and Jane McKeel. Before her husband moved to Poughkeepsie, seven years ago, she was a resident of Wappingers Falls. Her residence here was at 136 Main Street.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are two children; Doris Virginia, and Thea Lorraine.; her mother, her stepfather, Charles Lawson, her step-brother Charles Lawson of Hopewell Junction; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Bauman, and Mrs. Harold Whalen, city; one brother, Arnold McKeel (of) Lake Mahopac, and several uncles and aunts.
