John Mckenney was born on December 15, 1759, in Amelia, Virginia. His father was Travis McKinney, and his mother was Ann Gresham. He married Katherine Eaves Rolen somewhere between 1785 and 1810. John Mckenney passed away August 25, 1837, in Lincoln, Georgia, having lived a long life of 77 years.[1][2][3][4]
