Moses McKenney was baptized on 5 May 1742 in Scarborough, Maine. His parents were Isaac McKenney and Elizabeth (Drisco) McKenney[1].
He married Eunice Larrabee on 20 October 1762 in Scarborough[2].
Moses was a 2nd Lieutenant in Captain Abraham Tyler's company during the American Revolution[3]. His date of death is uncertain.
28 Sept 1765 Moses McKenney bought 37 & 1/2 A. of Land from Forgus Higgins. The land is described as part of 75 A. laid out to Heirs of Daniel Libby. The deed from the Town of Scarborough to Daniel Libby reflects the following: bounded NW by County highway over the carrying place bridge _ E by the highway to Black Point Meeting House _ SW by Nonesuch River. I think Stephen Larrabee purchased the remaining 37 & 1/2 A. to the South of Moses McKenney. I have added these approximate locations to the Clip from the Image, 1857 Map of Scarborough.
