Thomas George McKinney was the son of John Thoburn McKinney. ^[1] He was born in Carnmoney, County Antrim, Ireland. ^[2] He died of wounds on 19 July 1916 in France while serving with the Royal Fusiliers. ^[1][2] He was buried in Longuenesse St. Omer Souvenir Cemetery, Longuenesse, Departement du Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. ^[1][3]
