The Will was Sworn to on March 5, 1682/3 and Probated on June 26, 1683. The document records that Will MacKenny "age 60 or thereabouts" was one of the Witnesses to the Will. McKinney-3846 and McKinney-1852 do not represent the same person because: Hi, I rejected this merge because you can only merge profiles that are of the "same person", not a family member or ancestor. You will be able to add him to your family tree later on, once you get started building your tree. Ref: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/How_to_use_WikiTree .
