Biography
Ellen was born in 1877,[1] the fourth daughter of James McLaughlin and Catherine Sherlock.
In 1899[2] she married Patrick O'Donoghue and they had nine children together.
Ellen lived all her life in Westport. She passed away in 1955[3] and is interred at Orowaiti Middle Cemetery at Westport with her husband.
