Research notes
There are two Kent marriages for a John Peters with wife's first name Sarah:
One is a Sarah McManes in 22 Jan 1816 at Woolwich.
The other is to a Sarah Walter in 17 Jun 1822 at Rochester. Parents Susan and Stephen Walter.
There is a 18 Oct 1789 baptism for Sarah Walter in Marden (also cited in Census records). Parents Stephen and Frances Walter.
According to Ancestry.com DNA Thrulines Frances daughter of John Peters has three half-siblings Moses Peters (b. 1813-1889), Daniel Peters (b. 1837-1902) and Maria Peters (b. 1837).
