Pansy Mary McMillan was born February 26, 1897 in Prescott, Grenville South, Ontario, Canada. She was the second daughter of Charles McMillan and Mary Christy.
Pansy immigrated in 1898 along with her parents and older sister Mable. The family lived in Drummond, Bayfield, Wisconsin, USA in 1900 and then by 1905 were removed to Cable, Bayfield, Wisconsin where Pansy lived the remainder of her life.
Pansy McMillan married Emil Louis Frank Radloff on November 3, 1915 in Cable, Wisconsin. They had five children.
Pansy worked for a time as Book Keeper for the Radloff Lumber Mill owned by her husband and his brothers.
Pansy and Emil were members of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Cable, Wisconsin.
Pansy died on November 25, 1990 in Hayward, Sawyer, Wisconsin and is buried in the Greenwood Cemetery, Cable, Wisconsin.
