Verna McMillan was born 18 November 1917 in Hamilton, Ohio.

She married(1) Clifford Decker sometime between April 1940 and September 1941. (source needed)

She married(2) Donald Clark 24 April 1943 in Franklin Co., Indiana.[4]

She died 20 November 2006.[5] She is buried in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville, Indiana.[6]
