Note: Joseph Wilfrid Laurier was born at 4:30 P.M. On March 2, 1897 on Medland St., West Toronto Junction. He died on March 4, 1982 in St. Francis Hospital, Buffalo, N.Y. For many years he was a foreman at the old Direct Sales Company of Buffalo, which specialized in making medicine tablets. After leaving Direct Sales, he opened up his own machine shop on Young Street in the City of Tonawanda, N.Y. He also maintained a machine shop in his garage behind his home, where he made dies necessary to produce medicine tablets.
On November 15, 1922, Joseph married Ruth Estelle Looby, the daughter of John Joseph Looby and Carrie Martley of St. Louis, Missouri. Joe & Ruth were married in Holy Angels Church in Buffalo, N.Y. with their sponsors being (Teresa) Loretto McNamara and Louis Hille.
Joe and Ruth moved into the Moore Avenue house around 1926. The first child born while living in the Moore Avenue house was either Veronica or Mary, according to Joe's son Joseph.
Joseph's last residence before he died was 25 Moore Avenue, Kenmore, (actually Town of Tonawanda) N.Y.

Ruth was born on October 26, 1902, died on September 18, 1987 in Roswell Park Memorial Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y. Joe and Ruth had twelve children, two of whom, died in infancy.
According to Broderbund Family Archives, Ruth's S.S. # is #106-28-4902 internal reference # 1.112.3.14357.79. These records have her birth date as October 26, 1899.

Hille and appears from the Baptismal Register of this Church dated March 22, 1989.
