I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors? Participation in a project is strongly encouraged for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Be sure to also check out our Volunteer Hub to see our projects that really need new members!
Let me know, and I can help you figure out if there's a project that might interest you. Welcome aboard, we are glad to have you!
Thanks Carrie, I can certainly appreciate how difficult it can be to keep up with everything. Last August, I found Muster Rolls and Pay Lists which showed Stephen Pherrill in the Kingston Road Detachment of the Militia Cavalry in the War of 1812. I finally got around to entering them on his profile tonight! Better late than never, I guess! Dave
