Biography
Two years Waukon Normal School, IA. Graduate 1906 School of Law, University of Minnesota. County attorney 26 years. President, Minnesota Bar Association. Presidential elector 1956. The Hutchinson Leader said of him, "During his long legal career Mr. McNelly has tried practically every kind of case known to civil and criminal jurisdiction and has the unique record of never having lost any appeals in criminal cases in the Supreme Court."
