Biography
Esther's exact date of birth is known from the records of Christ Church, Philadelphia. She was baptized there on 19 October 1804. Her maternal grandfather was the prominent bishop and rector of that church, William White.
On 30 April 1839 she married Dr. Thomas Harris, a surgeon in the US Navy. She died without issue.
