When Michael Gene Peck was born on April 22, 1939, in Newberry, Michigan, My father Joseph CHARLES (Joe) Torok was 22 and My mother, Gladys, was 19. I married Bonnie Lee Sheets in June 1963. We have two children. Shawn Michael and Susen Renee. ADOPTED FROM MCKAY FAMILY TO PECK FAMILY.
I, Michael Gene (McKay) Peck was born on April 22, 1939 in Newberry State Hospital, Newberry, Michigan to my paternal mother named Gladys Madeline McKAY and my father Joseph Charles (Joe) Torok She gave me the name of Michael McKay, then I was adopted by Lyle Duane and Alice Irene Peck and was given the last name of Peck. My paternal mother Gladys (McKay) I later found out thru DNA my father was Joseph CHARLES (Joe) Torok I was raised in Marshall, Michigan and graduated from Marshall High School, in 1957 .I worked for several factories in Albion and Marshall, Michigan until 1964. In 1966 I started playing in bands as a Bass Player and toured the states into the 1980's with bands named "The Tornados"[1], Pastels[2] and Cheaterz[3].
I started tourng for about 7 years then went to work for Starr Commonwealth for Boys[4] for 29 years until retiring in 2004. I played in bands until I was 79
I am married to my beautiful wife Bonnie (Sheets) Peck since 1963 and have 2 wonderful children: Michael Shawn Peck and Susan Renee Peck.
My paternal mother and father are deceased now, but I would love to find the remainder of my relatives.

I was raised in Marshall, Michigan and graduated from Marshall High School, in 1957. In 1962 I started playing in bands as a Bass Player and 1964 toured the states into the 1980's with bands The Tornados,The Pastels and The Cheaterz
I worked for several factories in Albion and Marshall, Michigan until 1964, then went on the road touring with Toronados and the Pastels, then to the Cheaterz from Hollywood, California . in the mid 70s i started backing Bobby Wayne Loftis and with local bands Wayne Terry and Catus Jack and The Heartland Band and played untill i was 79 and also worked for Starr Commonwealth for Boys in maintenance for 29 years until retiring in 2004.
