Biography

Dr Thomas Mead of Concord, Mass. married Ruth Parlin in 1738. They moved to Westford, Mass about 1740. He was the first physician of Westford, Mass. He served in the French and Indian War; went on the expedition against Ticonderoga; was in Capt. Leonard Whiting's company, first battalion, Brig. Gen. Ruggle's regiment, and was in the hospital at Albany from 23 Nov to 3 Dec 1759, when he was discharged, and soon after died[1].

Thomas married Ruth Parlin (born April 7, 1709 in Concord, died April 8, 1803 in Middlesex, Vermont and is buried there). [2] [3]
