And we do by these presents hereby authorize, consititute and appoint the said Edmund Wheeler in one named either jointly or severally to sue for, claim, demand, receive and discharge all such legacies, bequests, devises or interest in said estate for his exclusive use and benefit, he the said Edmund Wheeler saving and keeping each and every one of us safe, harmless and indemnified of and from all costs, and charges on account thereof.
