Benjamin married Elizabeth Franklin in February 1723-24 and they raised a family in his home village of Stewkley. They had at least 8 children from 1724 to 1740.
Benjamin was a shoemaker according to his daughter Janes baptism record.

As of 9th July 2020 this profile had a Jane (Mead) Evelyn attached as a daughter. However that Jane apparently had a son in 1718, i.e. before Benjamin and Elizabeth had even married!!
But this couple did have a daughter Jane, baptised in 1727 in Stewkley.
They also had at least 7 other children according to the parish records.
