Frances (Franky) Meador was born in 1787 in Franklin, Virginia to Jesse Meador and Nancy Anderson. She married John Basham Jr. on 2 Jan 1804 in Franklin, Virginia. Children: Elijah, Margaret, Harriet, Warner, Elizabeth, Nathan, Millender, Jonathan, Rebecca, Mildred Susan, John, Matilda, Whorley, Dianah. She died on 6 Jul 1854 in Franklin, Virginia.[1][2]
Research Note
Lucy Hix may have been her step-mother as supposedly, Jesse married Lucy Hix about 1797. So far no source for that marriage has been located by BJS.
The wife of John Basham, Sr. was definitely named Susanna. However, no source for Frances or Meadows has been located as yet. Additional research needed on Susanna who may be an Unknown surname, not Meadows nor a Frances. BJS
Even though the person reporting the death of Frances (Meador) Basham (abt.1787-1854), was listed as John Basham, Sr., he was not the elder John Basham but the son.[3]
Please note that Find A Grave has the same issue of confusing the two women. Memorial ID 111343858 contains the correct information based on the death record.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Frances by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Frances:
If the birth year of 1787 for Frances is correct, she could not have been the child of Lucy Hix. Lucy was the third wife of Jesse Meador. Frances also would not have been the child of the second wife, Mary Mann, because that marriage took place in 1789. Lucy being listed on the death certificate as mother of Frances does not make it a fact.
Research notes states no source has been located for marriage of Lucy Hix and Jesse Meador. Although the date of the marriage is only an estimate, the marriage is confirmed by the dower allotment for Lucy as widow and relict of Jesse Meador in 1821.

Yes, there will be two merges, but there will be less redirects. We are told to merge directly into the lowest numbered profile with the correct LNAB, which is Meador-20. This will be only one redirect for each profile and not two.
Meador-1362 and Meadors-292 do not represent the same person because: These profiles do all represent the same person. However, Meadors-292 should be merged directly into Meador-20. Meador-1362 should also be merged into Meador-20. There is no reason for the additional merge between Meadors-292 and Meador-1362.
Meadors-292 and Meador-1362 appear to represent the same person because: They are the same, after this Meador-1362 will need to be merged into Meador-20
Just a note for the merge proposal of Meadors-292 with Meador-20. The correct LNAB was Meador. The merge should definitely go into Meador-20 as was proposed by S Stevenson
Just a note for the merge proposal of Meadors-292 Meador-20. The correct LNAB was Meador. The merge should definitely go into Meador-20 as was proposed.
Meador-1362 and Meador-20 appear to represent the same person because: Same dates for birth, marriage, and death. Same spouse. There needs to be a source for the middle name of Susanna. It was uncommon at this time to have middle names.
Frances's correct last name at birth should be Meador as it was on Meador-152 when this profile was inadvertently merged in the wrong direction into Meadors-292.
Please correct the LNAB to Meador then a merge may be proposed with a duplicate profile just created as Meador-1362. Thanks
