Biography
Isabella was born 14 May 1843 in Marion County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of John Sylvester Medley and Barbara Ann Wathen. [1] [2] [3][4][5]
Isabella Medley married Thomas F. Wheeler in 1871.[6] They had two children, who they raised in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Isabella Wheeler died in 1909 in Cape Girardeau, and is buried in the Old Lorimier Cemetery there.
