Biography
Frank M /Meeks was born on February 1, 1882 in Halifax County, Virginia, United States, the son of Frank Meeks and Mary Estes Meeks.[1] He married Bessie Martin Payne on Oct 14, 1903 in Danville, Virginia[2] and they had one child, a daughter.
Death and Burial
Frank died on July 15, 1936 at the age of 54 and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Danville, Danville City, Virginia.
