Research Notes

The Leland Magazine source on-line has lost its table formatting making it very hard to read. The page displaying Jonathan and his descendants currently appears on his page in Find A Grave.[9]

The list of children in the Sherman Leland Magazine is problematic. In many places it agrees with other sources but its list of birth dates does not agree with other well attested sources.
