DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Judith by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Judith:
Judith Moon is cited in James Reeves Will of 1781. Therefore due to the age discrepancy and that she is cited in the will of James Reeves. I do not believe THIS Judith's parents are Mendenhall. This is a direct ancestor for me so I would be happy to see sources that prove.

Regarding the source "A Genealogy of the Descendents of Elijah Mendenhall [....]," does the specified chart on the specified page state that Judith Mendenhall married Simon Moon? It doesn't seem like anyone has a real source for her maiden name.
Also, I know that the Quaker Encylopedia of Genealogy has her birth year as 1753, but I wonder if that's an error. Her oldest child was born in 1767. Very unusual for a Quaker woman to marry and procreate at such a young age.
