Rachelle was born on April 18, 1918. She was baptized Rachelle but always signed her name Rachel. She was the youngest daughter of Origène Messier & Rose-Délima Lambert . She had 14 brothers & sisters. She married Antonio Ross in 1938. She passed away in 2013. She was 94 years & 11 months old.
