Selina's husband Aubrey had abandoned her in Halifax. They had emigrated to Halifax NS in 1912 where my grandfather started a dairy business. Bill farmed in halifax until the 1930s when he moved to Hants County NS (country) where he slowly swapped over to beef cattle. Source email from Rick Millard to John Byng 20 Jan 2019.
