Patience Millard was born on 3 Jul 1737 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Province of Massachusetts Bay the daughter of Joseph Millard and Grissel Whittaker. Patience married Jabish Bowen on 30 Sep 1758 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Province of Massachusetts Bay.[1] Patience's Children, all born in Rehoboth Massachusetts were:[2]

Patience and her Husband died sometime after the 1790 Census in Rehoboth, where 89 year old Jabez, Father-in-law of Patience and his wife are found in one household; 65 year old Jabez Jr with one younger male, likely Levi, and four females who were likely Patience wife of Jabez profiled here, Patience and Nancy their young daughters and one other female who could be an older daughter of Patience or another girl from town helping the 63 year old Patience; Jabez 3rd is also found in this census record but is unlikely Patience son Jabez who 25 and doesn't have children yet.[3]

Research Notes

May have had twins in 1771: Bowen's in Rehoboth were not using middle names at this time. Other families that were, the middle names are given as initials with no comma. No other records of a Richmond Bowen are found. Peleg Bowen does not use R. or Richmond on any records.
